I got this for the first time in my life this weekend too. Nizoral dandruff shampoo as facewash, pure beef tallow, and la roche posay b5 cream- this combo worked miracles the flakes disappeared!

Maybe not the best but I use nizoral or selsum blue when my face gets like this, usually clears up in a week. I also use the palmers cocoa butter oil after wash :)

Look up Roycederm Seborrheic Dermatitis Cream. It’s for the scalp but I use it on my head ears and eyebrows. Just be careful to not get it in your eyes.
