I have looked after many firefighters with cancer diagnoses, it’s the cumulative effect of breathing these toxins in - no BA’s, no one wearing FFP3 masks - I thought the US was risk averse!

As a "call" firefighter that had been fighting prostate cancer for almost 6 years now I couldn't have said it any better. You owe it to your family to do everything in your power to prevent cancer.
