280hp is going to be extremely disappointing for anyone who actually wants to drive this above 4,000 feet. And at 90k, you could be way more comfortable, going way faster, in a more capable car.

Ingredients: 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese Salt and black pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, for garnish Directions: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the onion until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, stirring to coat the onions. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cream cheese until completely melted and smooth. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy. Return the sausage to the skillet and add the tortellini. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes, until the tortellini is tender. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese until melted, then sprinkle the rest over the top. Cover for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts, then garnish with parsley and serve. Cooking Time: 35 minutes Servings: 5 Calories: 690 per serving
