@iamjewelsgrace: Little late but international women’s day is every single day! Before you come at me, yes. Some women can be very nasty & judgemental. Especially if we are new to working out or suffer from low self-esteem, we may look around and feel a bit out of place. Yes, it can still be nerve racking & your insecurities don’t just disappear BUT I find that women are so much more supportive in these spaces because many of them were once where you were! There’s more emotion, freedom, and divine energy. The only workout I do that’s a pretty balanced mix is yoga. But when it comes to weightlifting, Pilates, and barre, being surrounded by women has made such a difference for me. #fitnessjourney #women #workoutmotivation #relatable #confidence #anxiety
