Probably a family member. You be surprised at how many people will steal from their own family. I used to be a bank teller and I’ve seen it a lot… Unfortunately.

The victim blaming is unbelievable! Acct set up over 20yrs ago with NO debit card, forcing her to go into the bank. She trusted Chase to protect her funds & naive to the fraud. So sad.

I check my account about 3x a day. I’m calling my bank if I see any unfamiliar amount. I called about a $2.73 charge one day. Sure did! LOL!
