The one thing i found helped me was getting blood work to figurevout what foods i have an imflamatory reaction too and cutting them out completely! My rosacea was gone in a couple of weeks

Soolantra is used for demodex so if your redness/dryness or bumps dissapear after that it could mean you had many demodex on your skin. And demodex causes rosacea, not in every case but still.

I tried everything. finally derm gave me compounded cream w/azelaic acid 15%, ivermectin, & metronidazole. my skin is clear! I rarely get the flushing still which ive been told laser only option

Cold chamomile tea and the tea bags. Brew super strong, cool it, keep in fridge …apply when flare or anytime, I do not rinse off and just top with fragrance free gentle moisturizer. I’m shook!

More fiber in diet, plenty of fruits, veggies, nuts and fish! It all starts in the gut! Omega-3 supplements helped me as well, but it gave me heavy periods, so I stopped using.

I have Type 2. When I am having a flare I will sleep with a very thin layer of 40% zinc diaper rash cream on my face. It works almost overnight. Then in the am I use 20% Azelaic acid.

Mineral Water spray (Avène, La Roche Posay, Uriage…) really helps me whenever I have a flare up, specially when I keep the bottle in the fridge. I also go crisis mode and just use a very gentle soap (I use Bioderma Sensibio), the mist and a moisturizer like Avène Tolerance or a bit of cicaplast until the redness calms down.
