Went to visit my husband while he was working there. I stood on the sidewalk to take a picture and my husband pulled me back by my backpack bc ppl there walk to one side only and I was in their way. Totally rude on my part. Also they stand to the left on escalators even standing in a straight line to enter the escalators. Ppl in Japan are the nicest most amazing people. Kids walking to school alone at 6yr old bc it’s so safe

Yerba mate is from South America, you can get Yerba mate at most Latino stores too. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals but isn't going to magically make you lose weight
