ex employer , my son was in and out of hospital for 2 months they said YOU NEEED TO PUT WORK FIRST 😂 so toke my Remaining holidays and left the company , my family will always come first over work

As a manager, I always say to my team NEVER feel bad for calling in sick! And if you ever need to have time off just ask me, I’ll sort it for you ❤️I hate how companies try and make you feel bad for this!
