🤣🤣🤣🤣 History shouldn't be diverted, the super canon wasn't built by the said Hungarian engineer but it was built by the Turkish themselves as they wouldn't have become a superpower of the time if they weren't able to build weapons themselves.

the Basilica cannon failed after six weeks (2 weeks before the fall of Constantinopel) due to fissures in the bronze barrel. The cannon cracked while being fired, splitting into many pieces.
