I transitioned my daughter a month ago to one nap a day. She’s 16 months. She will not sleep longer than 1.5 hours. Wake: 8:30 nap 1: 1:30 bedtime: 8:30 the problem is that she has recently started having early morning weeks and I feel like it’s because she is overly tired. What do I do? Do I try to switch back after a month of doing one nap per day or just power through and hope that she adjusts

my wife and I bought your sleep training guide.. and i’m still trying to figure out what VOODOO is in it!! I say it every night. i’m seriously amazed. our daughter is almost 17mos old! just wow. 🤯

So if a 16 month old is taking over 20 mins plus to settle to sleep on both naps should I transition to one nap a day you think ? X

Cara!!! We did the newborn, ABCs, conquering naps, AND a phone consult with the team, plus emailing them! WE STILL HAVE EARLY WAKES! For the last year 😭 I’m doing it all right. I’m convinced you’re the only one who can fix it

That’s the exact same as my 16 month old son except he tends to usually sleep in until around 8am

My girl is 16 months.. goes to bed at 6pm and sleeps through until 8:30am and has a 1 hour nap 30 minute nap at 12pm-1:30pm

My boy is 16 months naps 11.30-2pm and asleep at 7pm but wakes so many times during the night!!!!’ What’s the maximum amount of time I should let him nap for ? 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
