I know for me my curls would always fall when I didn’t have layers if u don’t have layers i recommend them for sure!!

I dry the roots completely and leave the ends wet. I only use olaplex leave in styling treatment, and then curl for 30s cool 30s and hairspray after each curl. Sometimes I pin them to last longer too

For me, the temp is the issue. Anything under 375 falls immediately 🤷🏻♀️

My hair also doesn’t hold anything but I got it to work by pinning straight after curling and after my whole head is done I put it in the heatless rods and keep until I leave! Usually takes me 1hr

I tried different ways. Best one, curls after 80%dry, plus cool off them after end of each section I put hairspray … worked the best . I used wow products

I do it at night and i bruah my hair forward and tie it and wrap it in a big sock curl u can also do this for the next day just twist the round brush the hair and sock curl

I saw someone do this but not turning the machine off before taking your hair off the barrel and it actually worked - I have very similar hair to yours!

Wait I have the same type of hair!! I feel so seen! Would love an update on the tools! I’ve heard damp hair with mousse is the best way to hold the curl, but hasn’t worked in my experience :((

I have the T3 & same texture! I use the Kenra nitro mousse when wet + their blow dry fine mist then dry/style. Though I’ve noticed my hair in general won’t hold styles past ~1 day. Same with hot tools

Pls try the COLAB dry shampoo on day old hair. Spray on roots and shake it through the hair and then wrap the hair!

though my hair is massively different from yours I do mine at night right before sleeping, I pin, out on a silk bonnet and go to sleep for the morning (bc it usually takes me like half an hour to do it)
