1st of all, it’s “Glensheen,” not “Gleen-sum.” 2nd, the murders at Glensheen is not an urban legend, it’s a true story. The mansion is owned by UMD and open for historic tours (not just big events).

In 1972 a movie starring Patty Duke was filmed there, “You’ll like my mother”. It’s a beautiful mansion and is not haunted.
