Calling it now, rings are toast. Triple hose clamps, stop leak, leak down in the crank case. They chased leaks all over the place and overheated it too many times.

That’s a small block Chevy put new push rods in it and adjust the rocker arms and it’ll be fine

Pls educate me, how can it have low compression if the valve is always closed since the arms are broken, and why does the leak down test show pressure from the dipstick?
