@sa_mongo: Kosraean Soup + Skipjack Tuna Ingredients: 18 cups water Salt to taste Tuna (or your choice of meat) 1 1/2 cups short grain rice (washed and rinsed well) 2 cans coconut cream/milk (can always add more or less) Onion Garlic Your favorite seasonings. I used the following: *chicken bouillon *black pepper *Garlic salt *Korean pepper flakes NOTES: •I boiled my fish for 15min then shred it while rice was cooking •discard any impurities/foam before adding rice •wash rice and rinse well •I boiled my rice for 20min before adding coconut milk, fish , onion and garlic •stir your rice every 5min or so •always seasoned to your liking •only use hot water if you want to add more later Enjoy #samongo #soup #kosraeansoup #simpledinner
