Chocolate Milk Bread Ingredients * 1 tsp yeast * 2 tbsp sugar * 270g milk (about 1 cup + 2 tbsp) * 380g flour (about 3 cups) * 1 tsp salt * 43g softened butter (about 3 tbsp) * 2 tbsp cacao powder Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and lukewarm milk. Add flour and mix until combined. Add salt and softened butter, then coil fold until the butter is fully incorporated. 2. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Leave one portion plain and cover it. Add 2 tbsp cacao powder and 1 tsp milk to the second portion and knead until the dough is evenly dark. Cover both doughs and let rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size. 3. On a floured surface, flatten the white dough. Shape the chocolate dough into a ball and place it in the middle. Close the white dough completely around it, then roll the dough out. 4. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the dough, then cut into 6 triangles, as shown in the video. Add 1 tbsp chocolate spread to each triangle and roll each one up like a croissant. 5. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes, then brush with milk. 6. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. 7.
