You are using a hammer to pull the screws out of drywall, then barly pull on the bracket with your fingers. Use the hammer and it will come out as well.

drill into studs. use a stud finder. if you don't wanna drill into studs because you want it placed somewhere else that's fine. you don't need these anchors unless you holding something big.
