I think what u do is you press the yellow one and after it is passed the first ballon you do the green dart then the red one then the blue one before the yellow one hits the blue one (yellow is slow)

This makes me feel smart. (you have to do multiple at once, first yellow, then immediately after green, and then red an blue, it mat take a few tries, but you'll get there.)
