I was diagnosed with this in Nov. Girl, it scared me so bad. I’ve dropped 50 pounds and I’m working on dropping another 30 pounds. I changed my eating habits 100%. 4 months ago I couldn’t walk 30 mins without stopping, now I walk 4 miles a day within 90 mins (if it takes that long). You definitely gained a follower! 💖🫶🏽 We got this!

I did the same. With God all things are possible if you believe, I drink fruit and vegetable smoothies. less animal protein 90 % vegan my gfr went from 50 to 75 and I'm still going. Praise the Lord

I beat diabetes A1c 5.6, lost 70lbs, no high blood pressure. But my Dr said that because I exercise twice a day (weightlifting and cardio) it’s puttting to much protein into my kidneys 😳 so I have to cut back on my workouts and he is going to test my Cortisol levels as well. I literally went into End stage renal disease stage 5 and my A1c was almost around 5.5 but they said that I caused it because of my type one diabetes What? I'm a very strict diabetic so no way.
