Must be due to aftermmarket performace calibrations installed in controller. Most common cause. Crankshaft was not designed to accept additional torque from aftermarket products.

Firing pattern? I believe the lmls are the worst because the firing order start with 1,2 at the front of the engine. So there more torque on the front half quarter

with everybody tuning their vehicles, I'm going to say maybe a bad tune too much torque or a flywheel imbalance or even hauling way too much weight. there's a lot of variables to look at here 🤣🤣
