@alexismswan: Pina colada chia pudding for ovulation 3/4 cup coconut milk 3 tbs chia seeds 2tbs pineapple chunks, finely chopped 1-2 tsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp butterfly pea flower powder Optional: pineapple yoghurt (or any flavor really) and shredded coconut for topping Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
