@exoticproperties: A fun fact about Shrek is that the character of Donkey, voiced by Eddie Murphy, was originally intended to have a much smaller role. However, Murphy's improvisational humor during recording sessions was so infectious that the filmmakers expanded Donkey’s part, turning him into one of the film's most beloved characters. His witty banter and energetic personality ended up being a key ingredient to the movie's charm and success!
