I did 2 years as stage 3. They dropped me to 100mg. Thin hair, dizzy, nausea, cramps. Imodium as a routine med helped. I didn’t realize how bad I really felt until I stopped.

Just got off of Verzinio. It was horrible for me. I was depressed and had anxiety, very fatigue, diarrhea just randomly. My hair was falling out heavily. I’m so glad I’m off that med.

For the cramps… not sure how immediate they are before the diarrhea… so this might not be helpful… but there’s a heating pad that’s diaper shaped for menstrual cramps, could that help some with pain?

I’m on the 100mg it is a bit better than the 150 but you can’t explain how it feels, I think I dealt with chemo better

yes, I agree the cramping is awful, weirdly but regularly. I shaved my head, I have a bald spot that goes from my left side of my head to the right side. So I wear a stocking cap most of the time.
