qhat shortage, there really isn't one like they make out. hence it's all min wage not worth doing. it's not there isn't enough, it's the work isn't worth doing for the wage they want to pay 😂

No shortage just lack of decent wage . And cpc etc etc and road works constantly . I’ve been Hgv driver for years and has got worse over time with the cost of living and no increase for Hgv wage 🤦♀️
