I just dealt with a dismissive avoidant or narcissist. Either way it pulled full anxious out of me. DA gave me no energy and withdrew. I decided I hated them for making me feel badly. I now feel 1/2

Yep, I’m FA and I definitely do this. I also sleep with people quickly because it gets over the anxious stage for me. It’s really painful being an FA.
