Dude, antibiotics ruin your gut health, and it shows especially when you stop taking them. If your gut health is poor, which is likely after a course of antibiotics, you should have probiotics to help it

Hi :
Probably because it’s hormonal and accutane and antibiotics doesn’t work on hormonal acne

After you finished the first round of roaccutane, did your dermatologist prescribe a retinol cream for maintenance (e.g differin)? might be worth trying ☺️

I’ve seen you use cerave products and I believe they might have something to do with it. The moisturiser especially because it’s meant for dry skin

I was prescribed Epiduo after accutane for maintenance and it’s been a year now and it works really well with a super thin layer each night. I still get the odd hormonal breakout x

Try the obagi skincare line! Highly recommend it, might be hella expensive but it works. And chemical peels along side the skincare is so good. You might purge a bit but worth it in the long run.

I mean if you take anitbiotics/accutane it’s always going to come back after finishing the tablets because you haven’t found the root cause to what’s causing it.

Magne you should see someone who can help you with your skincare instead? Like an esthetician (?) 🫶🏼 a good skincare routine helped me, to solve the problem and just not a quick fix 🫶🏼

I think accutane reacts differently to everyone I was on it twice and my acne came back both times, I had clear skin for a year both times, I know how it feels. I was given epiduo after accutane

The antibiotics, they will probably try you with a second round. That’s what they’ve done with me. I’ve never tried accutane I’m to scared. Xx

I have pustular rosacea, and I’ve tried literally everything. Nothing seems to help! I’m about to go on low dose Accutane it’s supposed to do wonders. Maybe ask your dermatologist about it. ♥️
