How to cook perfect green asparagus? One of the recipes you requested 🌱 It has a very light and refined taste, you don't have to cook with a lot of things like garlic or onion, salt and pepper are enough. For me, asparagus and artichokes are the kings of vegetables. Taiati cotorul daca este atos (il puteti folosi la stoc de legume). Curatati coaja din partea de jos. 2. Fierbeti sparanghelul pentru 1 minute in apa cu sare si un varf de cutit de bicarbonat.  3. Scoateti direct in apa cu gheata si tinei 2-3 minute. Astfel se opreste din gatit si ramane verde. Il puteti servi asa direct la friptura sau cu pui ori pregatiti cu unt. 4.
