In 2 of my games we have druids. Mine lays a hand on her teammates shoulder and says "try hard". The other druid leans in creepily close and whispers "slay".

in DnD (idk id its that way in bg3 too) Guidance is a touch range spell so we interpret it as an encouraging pat on the shoulder :D
