It’s so expensive (especially since Covid). I used to work in the industry. Do not let above ground pools temp you. No one with work on them once installed.

GC it out instead of hiring a pool company, takes a little more work but saved us probably 45k and it was done in 3 weeks.

They quoted me 250k minimum because we need a retaining wall. I live in the Midwest so just not worth it. Maybe one day but not today 😜

Ours was $115k I think for a 20x40 heated with tanning ledge and slide in SC …but then you have to build the pavilion and fireplace and landscaping which was almost another $100k 🤢
