I’ve never had an issue with the straps! Yes if you really load it up (laptop etc) and are carrying it for hours on end. But for work commutes / on the go diaper bag it’s great

My sales person was like oh this is your first bag? Yes! Had my eyes on the carry all. The employee was like THANK YOU FOR NOT GETTING THE NEVERFULL I HATE IT. 🤣 the employees hate that bag.
