Sugar free works great. I pour into glass pan put in fridge until set. Cut place on freeze dry tray and freeze overnight, then into freeze dryer.

I use oven liners on my trays to prevent sticking. I got a big roll and cut to size. I’ve never had anything stick since using them. Pops right off

Try setting it in a 9x13” pan , after set place pan in hot water to loosen then cut into squares and place on trays to freeze dry. I just got my freeze drier and I enjoy your channel !
