When I used that, it said not to jet wash for 78 hours, why would it clean slab, and not the grout?

I was working with a bloke and he said he done repoint job, customer knocked all the jointing out and just needed flowpointing. was on dot and dab 😂😂😂 used 3 bags in seconds 😂😂
