it's your hair shedding. it is more obvious because of how your extensions are held in so it hold on to your shedding hair.

That’s natural fallout. The bead keeps it from releasing. When the bead comes out it has a chance to shed. This is normal.

That is not cause of sew ins! First of the natural shed of your hair. You loose 100-150 strands of hair every er day and sew ins can stay in for up to 2 months. And if they are put in properly and YOU take care of them properly then your hair should be fine. Not to mention you are pulling on your hair. Of coarse a chunk is going to come out. But that mainly looks like natural shed.
