@devliftsss: Im not gonna explain this anymore after this. This is a clip from my live , looks like a weird sound lag but hopefully it makes sense, and as you can see its not egolifting because i can do damn near the same weight with this “version”. But with that being said i will probably switch up how i do it and keep my feet on the platform so i can put more pressure into the chest pad that way i can standardize my form better and track PO better, because although im not retracting as much as id like i guess its not too necessary to retract that much. Also i have said from the start i probably cheated too much on some of my other tbar sets, so yall can stop acting like youre the ones breaking the news to me about my form. It may have been “bad form” but at least it was standardized, and consistently “bad form”, and i went balls to the wall every set.
