My concealer doesn’t blend in no matter what I try, it just makes kind of a weird circle and shows through any makeup I put on after. Am I supposed to put on any powder makeup on after or before it?

What about fine lines on skin especially around eyes? I also have oily skin but also dry skin when I set my makeup 😩 constant battle of if I don’t use a powder I look so greasy from oily skin + shine, then if I use a matte foundation with or without powder it still looks very dry for me. Help? 😂
