And now we use it to fill pastries, as filling in cakes, to ice your cupcakes or serve with fresh fruit. 1 cup COLD heavy cream 8oz Mascarpone cheese 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste this recipe makes enough to fill a three layer 8” cake.
