What got you into working out? This is my story👇 I was an introvert. Never went to functions, kept to myself, stayed home and played games online, convinced I'm someone who just liked being alone. But if I was to be really transparent for a sec, I knew deep down I wasn’t satisfied. I didn’t really have much going for me because I was not confident, I was insecure about how I looked and acted, and I didn’t really know what made me special. It was only until my best friends brought me to their home gym one day that I met my friend’s dad, a pretty jacked man who dedicated his whole life to health and fitness. He brought me and my friend under his wing and trained us for the next 4 months. I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t shoot him a call saying that I wouldn’t be continuing, but he insisted I stay consistent promising it would be worth it. Fast forward 6 months, my life changed and it was way beyond the way I looked or validation from others. I suddenly was so confident in myself and this carried into my personal and social life. I was way more confident in my own skin, I was now pretty extroverted, and even to the point where now I make social media and put my physique online for millions to judge all because of the small bits of discipline, confidence, and mood boost eating right and gymming got me. And that’s why I coach now. Inspired by my coach years ago and the impact he’s had on my life, I want to provide that same life-changing experience to others like yall who watch my videos and so far soo many of you guys have been crushing your own weight loss, weight gain, and overall fitness goals.
