I have this skin type. Avoid drying ingredients (retinol, for example), use AHA exfoliants, use gel like face creams and hydrating tonics without ceramides (that can be irritating)

didn't know my skin type had a name. I'm figured out over the years: no heavy creams, no oils, stick to serums and gels, liquids. things that soak into your skin instead of resting on top of it
