Peanut butter stuffed double chocolate cookies The best of both worlds! Chocolate and peanut butter cookies mixed into one! Try it and tag me! d’EATS -1/2 cup soft unsalted butter -2/3 cup light brown sugar -1/4 cup granulated sugar -1 large eggs -1 tsp vanilla -1 cups all purpose flour -1 tsp baking soda -1 tsp salt -1/4 cup cocoa powder -1 cup chocolate chips Peanut butter filling -1/2 cup creamy peanut butter -1/4 cup powdered sugar How too: Start by preheating your oven to 350F In a small bowl mix your peanut butter and powdered sugar. Pinch off a piece and roll into a small disk. Repeat until all peanut butter mixture is used. Place on a lined baking sheet and into the freezer to set for 30 minutes In a large bowl mix your butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light in color. You can mix by hand or use a stand mixer. Once combined add in your eggs and vanilla. Mix again for 1 minute or until combined. Add in your all your dry ingredients. Mix until dry bits are incorporated. Take 2 tbsp chocolate dough and 1 tbsp frozen peanut butter. Place your peanut butter in the center of your dough and roll into a ball.
