so I use this stuff (I'm an artist) it's used to make paint and to hold brush bristles together when shipping. 2 tips, don't get it wet, it dissolves. Buy the powdered version online, it's cheaper.

Got2B Glued works very similarly. I've used it for stage wigs for burlesque and for drag queens. Pretty much that exact result.
