Most likely the fuse was blown when the auxiliary battery was changed. There are 2 ground cables on the main battery that must be separated while performing battery repairs.

I don’t replace auxiliary batteries on wranglers from the bottom. The PDC and lower cover come off pretty easy. Once off the auxiliary battery can be replaced.

I work for a thermo king dealer. We install vehicle powered reefer systems in sprinter and ford vans. Customer complain when unit doesn’t cool and they forget no engine no compressor
