Freezable breakfast sandwiches: 🥚: Cook eggs at 350 for 12 minutes in muffin tin, break yolk, cook another 5 🥓: cook at 400 for 10 minutes 🍞: turn oven off and let toast face up while eggs and bacon cool Make sure everything’s cooled off before assembling, wrap in foil, put in freezer safe bag Add date (good for 1 month) Reheating: unwrap foil from frozen sandwich and wrap in paper towel, microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until warmed through #mealprep #equestrian
