i thought you have 5 seconds to do something with the ball.. if u stand for more than 5 seconds without dribbling it’s a violation

I highly doubt they did this during the entire quarter. If you look at the clock, there's only 1:38 left in the game. I would assume this is a blowout and everyone's just trying to end the game.
