@atxjo: The truth is, this is something that happens more often than you realize. I’ve been doing this for 7 1/2 years and yet I still have moments where I’m not delivering to the expectations that my guest expect.. The only difference is I am able to address it in that moment and make sure that I correct my wrong.. Whether it is a small wrong or a big wrong. I will always take responsibility.
