Never push through the pain. You will just injury yourself more and be out longer! You got this. Look up the “rule of thirds in running”. Great for mindset.

My trainer told me to walk on my toes on an incline to get rid of my shin splints and it worked CRAZY fast!!! they haven’t come back yet!!

shin splints are the absolute worst thing you can experience as a running. i take a week off every time i start to feel them hurting. rest!!!

Careful with shin splints- you don’t want a stress fracture. I took almost a month off at the end of marathon training and finished! Remember if you do 80 percent of your plan you are good!!!

Shin splints are awful. Take a week and do elliptical and walking! They do get better, but you have to rest for a few days!!

Sometimes running induces all of my emotions to come out! I did a half last year and it’s MENTALLY TAXING but you’re awesome and you will be so great 🥹 i also used Runna and it was incredible!
