Havent done a long fast for ages!!! 😮💧 I didn’t do it for weight loss but for cellular reset, mental clarity, and discipline. And let me tell you, I learned a few things! ✨ First 24 hours? Easy. Just like skipping a couple of meals. ✨ Hour 36? My tummy was talking! 😂 ✨ By hour 48? Pure focus. No hunger, just energy! ✨ And by hour 65? I felt so clear and light! Not saying this is for everyone, but if you’ve ever been curious about fasting, start small and listen to your body. Would I do it again? 100%.
