Why not run a mushroom cap style? That's what I'm running on my Evo, mesh guard will probably work just fine tho. Ran a few like that on track before but I wouldn't run it daily like that

the proper way to do a cold air intake is to box it off from the hot air in the engine I would make it 10x better and it would also protect it a little better

Bro think 💭. That come filter mesh would get sucked in. Either a mushroom filter, relocate with a pipe or metal mesh turbo gaurd

you can get a very low profile filter look up a low profile honey comb air filter I put one on my Saturn it's maybe 2 inches tall
