Okay wow this meal has me bawling 🥹 Lasagna for me was always such a childhood comfort meal. I remember me and my siblings coming home from school and asking what was for dinner tonight. We were greatful for anything my beautiful parents cooked but there was an extra special spot in our hearts for lasagna hehhe. It was our absolute favourite childhood meal so this one really makes emotional to think of how connected I can feel through a food but especially how much I have missed out on making memories with my utterly WONDERFUL family through delicious home cooked dinners over the past couple of months in a result of my disorder. It just makes me feel so guilty and no matter how many times they forgive me I’ll forever say sorry. But it’s okay because look how far we have come! To find comfort and satisfaction in a meal that hits so close to home and has the most special place in my heart is just SO precious to me and I could not be more proud of us, so thank you my angels I hope you find just as much comfort in this as I did ❤️‍🩹 If you can; Try a comfort meal one time!
