put some cones right down the road first. plus you are supposed to have police assistance in such highways. it's dangerous to do that job on the shoulder.

They should have controls on both sides of the towtruck. Cause nobody cares and they don’t like being inconvenienced until it’s their vehicle. Sad. Or have another tow truck or cop blocking that lane

there is obviously traffic and petrol can't get over as they please, they have to be let over, you also don't get to block an entire lane just do to load a flatbed
