He is using a vacuum excavator with a reinforced rotating dig-tube that can easily penetrate soft soil and material in order to access what lies beneath the surface without the risk of damaging anything. I’m 9 years away from retiring from a major municipality and I do this weekly, other than money employees and the will to not sleep at night what do you need to hydro excavate? I have NC state license waste water fresh water operator license and have 2 licenses in water distribution class 4 collections in waste I have it all and this is the future. I want to retire and take the money and buy a combo truck. Small municipal towns guard rail and cable from the state pay big money. Something I wanna do any help I would appreciate.
