@iasmjne mine has got to be when unite students ruined over £500 worth of my clothes with the washing machines being dirty and unhygenic and I was offered a £15 circuit laundry voucher 🫠 £1200 for what exactly?

mine was when unite student let cleaning staff steal and bin ALL my kitchen ware whilst I still lived there cause they "forgot" I extended my tenancy xxx
